| MANAGEMENT TEAM Jonathan Otto, Chairman Jonathan Otto oversees all aspects of property development including site selection, financing, construction and leasing. His background includes executive level positions in the retail, e-commerce, technology and real estate industries. He served as president of Rockbottom Stores, Priceline Warehouse Club, RetailDNA and Metro Centers, the predecessor company of MetroCapital Holdings. Mr. Otto received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from New York University. Mr. Otto also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Addison Gallery Art, The Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art and WBGO Public Jazz Radio Station 88.3FM. Michael Korff, President & EVP Construction Michael Korff oversees all day-to-day operations for the company and specializes in property construction. He maintains extensive relationships with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure first-rate property construction. Prior to forming MetroCapital Realty with Mr. Otto, Mr. Korff served as the head of real estate for Rockbottom Stores. He attended the Georgetown University. Jay Feingold, Chief Financial Officer Jay Feingold has over twelve years experience in public accounting and private sector finance and has served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since 2006. Before joining MetroCapital Realty, Mr. Feingold held the position of Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in New York. He is a graduate of the Florida State University and holds an active CPA license in the states of Florida and New York. Lauren Grossman, Controller Lauren Grossman oversees all financial records for the company. Prior to joining MetroCapital, Ms. Grossman spent five years in accounting and finance for a mall management firm. She also worked for the United States General Accounting Office where she evaluated federal |

management programs. Ms. Grossman graduated from Cornell University and received her Master's degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
Kimberly Guise, VP Marketing Kimberly Guise oversees marketing and public relations for the company. Her experience in marketing spans multiple industries including retail, technology, and entertainment. Ms. Guise is also the Co-founder and President of GO Records and serves on the board of the North American Cultural Laboratory Theater. She is a graduate of Duke University and received her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
